Breckenridge’s culinary scene is about to gain a new addition with the anticipated opening of Forage, located at 322 N Main Street. While details about the concept are still under wraps, its website promises “a refined dining experience where nature meets elegance.”

The restaurant is operated by Forage Breckenridge, LLC, with Ryan Cook at the helm. He has worked in the restaurant industry for the last 15 years and has gained extensive Michelin-starred cooking experience working amongst the top chefs from around the world.

According to Breckenridge Associates, it will be open for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:00 PM to midnight. Occupancy will be 40 people, including staff. Forage’s menu hasn’t been published yet, but it will highlight three themes: nature, history, and art from the local community. There will also be alcohol service at the eatery, as confirmed by liquor licensing records that show the business’s application was approved last month.

The Forage team told What Now Denver they own the building and are currently in the process of renovating the inside of the property. They will begin to take applications for all positions over the next few months and anticipate opening late 2025/early 2026.

“We are really passionate about bringing the restaurant alive to showcase the beautiful place we live to the world,” they shared.
