Ember & Oak is coming into Vegas, mysterious but intriguing. The new catering service doesn’t have much just yet on its Instagram page, but it is listed as coming to Vegas. A city permit for the establishment places Ember & Oak in the Pacific Business Park subdivision, where it’s slated to operate out of the commissary kitchen at 6235 S Pecos Rd.

The new company will be in good company. Ember & Oak will open in the Pacific Business Park subdivision alongside Aged In Oak Tattoo And Art Parlor, Chefit, and Luminous Coffee.

No word just yet on when exactly this year, Ember & Oak will start service, but we’re sure you’ll hear about the opening on the brand’s active social media page.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Kathryn Pstrak, who was listed on the city permit as the primary owner of Ember & Oak, to try to garner more details to share with our readers, but we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

While details about what exactly will be on the menu and what type of wines will be served continue to be a mystery, the little hints on the Ember & Oak Instagram page suggest that the new dining option will be an upscale catering business.

Ember & Oak is set to start operating in Vegas soon.
