Nobibi recently announced its plans to open an ice cream and specialty drinks shop in the Valley. In a conversation with What Now, Nobibi investor Leo Villamil said that after opening its Temecula location, the brand plans to bring its Asian dessert and beverage offerings to Las Vegas.
Villamil tells What Now that the Temecula location, planned for a Summer 2026 opening, will serve as the regional flagship as expansion continues. If all goes well with the Nobibi Downtown Temecula location, you can expect Nobibi to be operating in Vegas sooner rather than later.
Nobibi was founded by Shirley Shinn in California during the pandemic. Shinn and her family expanded across the state over the last couple of years. In 2023, a partnership with OneV Capital Partners led to rapid growth, with nearly 20 stores opening in 12 months.
Nobibi focuses on artisanal, visually appealing treats. The Nobibi menu focuses on ice cream, specialty drinks, and fruit-based beverages.
No word yet on when the brand will open its first Las Vegas location, but we’re sure you’ll hear more in the coming months. So, keep your ears open and your eyes peeled for the latest on Nobibi’s Vegas expansion.
