Think Multifamily, a real estate investment firm, purchased the multifamily community Harmony Plaza I & II.

Harmony Plaza Apartments is a 170-unit garden-style apartment community in Southwest Atlanta and is situated near major economic drivers. The property sits just 8 miles directly Southwest of Downtown Atlanta. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is 6 miles south of Harmony Plaza. The Six West development in College Park is 5 miles south. This is a $1.5B development project that spreads over 310 acres. This development will bring a mix of class A office and corporate headquarters which will include hotels, restaurants, retail and residential property. Fort Mcpherson, less than 2 miles west of Harmony Plaza, is an envisioned $650 Million redevelopment of 135-acres and is also home to Tyler Perry Studios which sits on 500-acres.

Think Multifamily’s strategy for this project includes renovating interiors, painting exteriors to enhance curb appeal, and adding community amenities (outdoor kitchen area, a dog park, and a playground).

Keith Geiger of Atlanta CBRE represented the seller in the transaction, with Think
Multifamily representing itself.
