The Coop is settling in! The pop-up that started serving fried chicken from Wynkoop Brewing‘s Mercantile Room last July, is set to make a permanent home on 1634 18th Street next to Wynkoop Brewing’s space.

When the stand-alone space opens up, think: Nashville fried chicken “tossed in nashville hot sauce, home-made pickles, lettuce, tomato, brioche bun,” according to the menu on their website. Or The Coop Brewers Burger with “swiss, candied bacon, tomatoes, leaf lettuce, crispy onions, brioche bun.”

Don’t want to wait until July? “Get your fix next door at The Wynkoop. We’ll be serving a limited menu alongside Denver’s finest craft beer,” according to their official Instagram.

There are are a lot of fried chicken places opening in Denver right now and we are more than happy to taste test all of them.
