INDIGO Now Open in Huntington Beach

The modern Indian restaurant is a new concept from the founder of Delhi Belly in Alhambra.

The founder of Alhambra’s Delhi Belly has brought a new restaurant to Huntington Beach.

INDIGO Modern Indian Bistro, owned by Sagar Ghosh, is now open at 21020 Beach Boulevard.

The restaurant is located in a commercial strip that also includes Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s and Nori Poke & Sushi. The burger restaurant Fatburger & Buffalo’s Express was formerly in the space where INDIGO now resides.

INDIGO serves both classic and contemporary Indian food with a menu that includes dishes like signature butter chicken, nutty eggplant and a kebab platter. The menu offers several vegan options, and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

Ghosh is also the owner of Delhi Belly at 8 W Main Street in Alhambra.
