According to a recent Instagram post, Killiney Kopitiam at 552 Waverly Street in Palo Alto closed on December 26 and is planning to relocate.

“Our flagship Killiney Kopitiam is moving to Westfield Valley Fair, 2855 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Santa Clara. When? Spring 2024. We look forward to hosting you again soon, serving the classics and specialties you loved at our first Killiney Kopitiam,” the statement reads

Within the mall, the outpost will join existing tenants such as Din Tai Fung, Eataly, and Shake Shack.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, Killiney Kopitiam expanded to the Bay Area in 2020 and is known for its “famous kaya toast, laksa, and traditional Singaporean coffee,” according to the SF Chronicle.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Amanda Toh Steckler, Killiney Kopitiam’s U.S. franchisee, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

An opening has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
